What is the warranty period for fire extinguishers?

Fire Armour is pleased to offer a 3 Year warranty against manufacturer's defects. 


The warranty covers under/over pressurisation but does not include scenarios where the fire extinguisher was discharged or damaged by the end user. 


This means that within 3 years, if there is any kind of defect that comes from us, bring it to our premises and we will fix it for you at no cost to you. 


Example 1: For no reason the pressure drops below the green zone. Bring it to us and we'll make good for you. 


Example 2: If you think that the words on the extinguisher have faded or is illegible within 3 years, bring it to us and we'll make good for you, if we can't, we'll provide a 1 to 1 exchange. 


Example 3: If you use or accidentally depress the fire extinguisher. Bring it to us and we'll charge you for recharging only.


What is important to us, is that you are satisfied with your purchase and we will be able to make good the equipment after looking at it. If we are unable to resolve your issue, we will provide a 1 to 1 exchange at no charge.
